Ubiflex non lead flashing

Ubiflex non lead flashing material can be used in all applications where lead is usually installed. Ubiflex benefits from being environmentally friendly, non-toxic and is also recyclable. Ubiflex products are available in 3 colours; grey, black and terracotta, Ubiflex has a BBA certificate for general use and a recent BRE wind tunnel test with Ubiflex B3 surrounding a chimney and sealed with Ubiflex Gap Seal, demonstrated that the non lead flashing will resist wind speeds up to 110mph (49m/s). Ubiflex B3 is a suitable option for use in applications such as valley gutters, cover flashings, step flashings rooflight flashings and conservatory flashings and it is also suitable for use where there are sharp corners.
