Gen-X is a multi-layer foil insulation, complete thermal insulant, air leakage & vapour barrier in one.
Gen-X helps seal your roof against climatic elements such as wind and damp whilst at the same time retaining ventilation.
Using reflective technology, it helps prevent your roof space from overheating in summer by reflecting the electromagnetic radiation from the sun whilst retaining warmth in winter and is ideal for applications requiring a dual layer of insulation.
Its BBA certified, Part ‘L’ Compliant and NHBC accepted the life expectancy is equivalent to that of the structure to which it is incorporated.
When installed as instructed, Gen-X will create a thermal airtight roof space with minimal air leakage, that combined with the target U-Value achieved will give additional energy savings that will reduce your carbon emissions tremendously.
Gen-X is a complete Vapour Barrier and has high water vapour resistance with a measured value in excess of 6000MNsg.
