Loft Roll is an unfaced glass mineral wool roll which is lightweight, flexible, resilient and non-combustible.
Loft Roll is supplied in polythene packs.
For the provision of thermal and acoustic insulation in new build lofts and also loft conversions. Loft Roll is available in thicknesses to suit current Building Regulations and is 1160mm wide, perforated or cut to suit both 400 and 600 roof joist centres.
It has the highest achievable fire classification of A1.
Loft Roll is odourless, rot proof, non-hygroscopic, does not sustain vermin and will not encourage the growth of fungi, mould or bacteria.
Loft Roll is free from CFCs, HCFCs and any other material with ozone depletion potential in its manufacture and content and represents no known threat to the environment.
Complies with the requirements of the new Building Regulations to achieve a U-value of 0.13 W/m2K.
