Lead-free waterproof flashing
Ubiflex is a waterproof flashing material which can be used in all applications where lead is traditionally installed.
Fully malleable, can be worked in both directions and is self sealing if punctured
One tenth the weight of lead giving handling, structural and health and safety advantages
Allows aprons up to 12m long to be formed without seams
Up to 50% quicker to install than lead
Compatible with all common building materials and components, such as thermal panels, extract flues, ventilators and rooflights
Does not cause unsightly staining
Is only of value to the installer; it has no re-sale value as scrap
Environmentally friendly and recyclable

Can be joined with Ubiflex-PB tape for a watertight joint or crimped like lead
Is compatible with all other building materials
