It can easily replace a single tile while maintaining a flush-fitting look to the roofline, whether used at a low or high level.
In comparison to most other tile vents with a 10,000mm² ventilation area, this roof tile vent boasts a greater ventilation area of 15,000mm², so fewer vents are required per metre for roof space ventilation. A large spigot area immediately below the ventilation louvres creates less back pressure on any extractor systems/fans connected and allows for clear air paths. Additional adaptors are also available and can be fully utilised for soil pipe ventilation and mechanical extraction.
With interior weathering protection to maintain free airflow whilst channelling any water ingress out of the vent and onto the roof covering, this vent is fabricated from polypropylene for thermal stability and durability. With a non-reflective surface, it is UV-stabilised to avoid embrittlement over time.
