Manthorpe Round / Circular Soffit Ventilator (Boxed in 50) Brown

Principally designed to be fitted to the soffit board prior to installation for new build situations.
It can also be easily retro-fitted into existing soffit boards.
To achieve 10mm² free airflow the G700 should be fitted into a 70mm hole drilled into the soffit board every 200mm to meet building regulations.
