New Cut to Size Flat Sheet Service from Ariel

Ariel’s innovative Cut to Size service has now been extended to include solid and acrylic flat sheet. The bespoke cutting service cuts sheets to exact requirements not only reducing wastage but providing a cost effective roofing solution as you only pay for the sheet you use. The ultra-clear solid polycarbonate and acrylic glazing sheet options available cater for a wide variety of applications in both the home and garden.

Liteglaze is a strong but lightweight flat acrylic sheet which is suitable for both internal and external use. Easy to handle and install, Liteglaze offers excellent weathering properties, high light transmission and a UV stabilised layer making it an ideal solution for a range of outdoor applications such as greenhouses and shed glazing. Also suitable for a variety of internal uses including room dividers, door panels and secondary double glazing, Liteglaze offers excellent scratch resistance and will not discolour, ensuring sheets retain their appearance over time.

Corotherm Flat solid polycarbonate sheet provides exceptional strength and unbeatable impact resistance, 200 times that of glass, making it ideal for use in projects where security is vital and where vandalism may be possible. Lightweight but durable, Corotherm Flat offers excellent weather resistance, maximised light transmission – up to 90% and a dual sided UV protective layer, perfect for external applications such as canopies, verandas and greenhouses. For use inside the home, Corotherm Flat can be installed as both primary and secondary glazing and its ‘Class 1’ fire rating makes it one of the safest glazing materials for home use as it is highly resistant to fire.

Flat Glazing accessories

The Liteglaze Glazing Strip can secure Ariel’s Glazing materials from 2mm to 4mm as secondary glazing to an existing window frame. The double sided tape means it can be fixed to wood or metal frames securely, allowing extra glazing to be added and removed when needed.
