Vacuum Insulated Panels

Vacuum insulated panels are carefully designed and specially manufactured to create space and save energy. Vacutherm’s Vacupor NT-B2 vacuum insulated panels minimise the wall or floor thickness in your project whilst offering outstanding thermal performance.

How do vacuum insulated panels work?

These panels work by combining microporous materials with low density and low internal pressure. The panels are heat sealed in a barrier film under vacuum to provide an airtight panel that even as thin as 20mm can offer thermal conductivity as low as 0.005 W/mK. Vacuum insulated panels are suited for use in terrace insulation, cold storage floor insulation, flat roof insulation and they offer incredible fire protection. Their Class A1 fire rating means these panels are non-combustible.

Available in a range of panel sizes from 300mm x 250mm up to 1200mm x 1000mm, you shouldn’t need to cut, drill or make any changes to vacuum insulated panels. Vacutherm have designed the system this way because should you damage or make any incisions into vacuum insulated panels they lose their thermal properties because they lose the vacuum. Thicknesses span from 10mm to 50mm however more are available on request by contacting our team on 01752 692 760.

CE Certified and the only vacuum insulated panels available on the market with a full Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), vacuum insulated panels are the best choice to create space, save energy and protect from fires.
