Description

This in-line soil or mechanical extraction vent has been designed in a Tradition Plus pantile profile. The classic pantile profile is one of the most commonly used roof tile profiles in the UK, and consists of an S curved tile that normally is installed with a single overlap. Designing the in-line soil/mechanical extraction vent in this profile means that it can blend into the rest of the roof with it being virtually invisible to the naked eye, particularly as the roof vent is colour matched with other Tradition Plus roof tiles to ensure the colour is a perfect match to the rest of the roof.

This Tradition Plus pantile roof vent  can be used as a soil vent, meaning that it acts as an outlet for soil pipes, allowing unpleasant odours to escape into the internal environment. Alternatively this roof vent can be used as a mechanical extraction vent, meaning that it works in conjunction with mechanical extraction to remove damp moist air from rooms such as kitchens and bathrooms.

This Tradition Plus pantile in-line soil/ mechanical extraction vent provides 10,000m2 airflow.
