This 140mm x 100mm box running outlet in black has been manufactured from recyclable aluminium, and is part of the Aqualine range of aluminium guttering from Alumasc. Alumasc are considered to be the UK market leaders within the aluminium gutter and rainwater industry, and use new technologies and manufacturing processes to create high quality products that not only meet industry standards but also surpass expectations regarding performance and design.
The black box running outlet has been designed specifically to be used with box profile guttering from the Aqualine range. The box profile consists of a rectangular trough that has been designed to not only provide maximum capacity to ensure rainwater is efficiently diverted into the drainage system, but also create a contemporary angular feature that is a great way to make a statement.
The box black running outlet is used to connect a box profile gutter run to a downpipe, in order to transport the rainwater into the drain. The running outlet is available in a number of different designs, to ensure that the outlet is the correct shape to fit your downpipe. The running outlet connects easily to the box profile gutter, and a regular box profile gutter joint is used to make the durable connection.
The Alumasc Aqualine range of guttering is part of the contemporary aluminium rainwater range from Alumasc.
The Alumasc Aqualine guttering system features a number of characteristics that make it one of the highest performing gutter systems available. The design of Aqualine takes into account potential dangers of cracking and splitting due to thermal movement, so at every joint across the gutter system thermal movement can occur without causing damage.
The Aqualine gutter system has also been designed to be installed with concealed fixing and jointing, which not only helps to create a clean external appearance, but also helps minimise the potential for leaks to occur. This is further aided by the dry joint seals, which are secured by sliding lock bars for maximum watertightness.
The installation process of Alumasc Aqualine is quick and easy, aided by the fact that the gutters are lightweight and easy to handle. Support brackets simply need to be fixed to the building fabric, and then a simple clip fix is all that is required to secure the gutter in place.
The Aqualine range is available in a vast range of colours, sizes and profiles, which allow a high level of customisation in order to create the perfect look for your project. Whether you’re looking to create a subtle guttering run with relatively traditional profiles, or you want to make the gutters a feature, in bright colours and contemporary profiles, the Alumasc Aqualine range will have exactly what you are looking for, with BBA approved polyester powder coatings, and including all the accessories you’ll need to create a single, uniform look.
The Aqualine guttering range is a compact and efficient rainwater system that is manufactured from 100% recyclable aluminium in the UK. Additionally, the Aqualine guttering system has a life expectancy of 40 years or more in rural or suburban areas, and up to 25 years in industrial and marine environments. This means that not only are less gutter profiles required over time due to their long lasting design, when they are finally replaced they can be recycled.
