This is a Tradition Plus classic pantile in-line vent that can be used as a soil vent or mechanical extraction vent.
This product can be used as an in-line soil vent, meaning that it works in conjunction with a soil pipe to allow unpleasant odours to be released into the internal environment instead of building up within the roof space. Alternatively, this can be used as a mechanical extraction vent, meaning that it works in conjunction with a mechanical extraction system to withdraw damp and moist air from internal rooms such as kitchens and bathrooms, reducing the potential for damp and mould to occur. The in-line soil or mechanical extraction vent provides 10,000m2 airflow.
This in-line soil or mechanical extraction vent in teak has been designed in a classic pantile profile, which is one of the most popular forms of roof tile profile available, and the teak colour has been colour matched with other Tradition Plus roof materials.
