This opal tinted Em-Dome rooflight benefits from optimal use of natural light for high levels of light transmission while consistently diffusing light into the room below with added security due to its translucent finish. This 1000mm x 1500mm Em-Dome rooflight has a minimum of 3mm thick glazing and is double glazed.
Provided with unique and patented high security screwbolts that are factory fitted as standard, this Em-Dome rooflight ensures excellent resilience against forced entry or tampering. Once fixed, this rooflight cannot be uninstalled with the use of basic tools. Virtually eliminating the potential for stress fractures initiated by over-tightening, the fixing screw or bolt is sleeved within the body of the screwbolt to inhibit pressure from building up on the rooflight glazing as the fixing is secured.
Almost unbreakable, the dome is made from thermoformed polycarbonate sheet with an impact strength up to 250 times better than glass while the curb is fabricated from white uPVC.
