This 1000mm x 1900mm rectangular Em-Dome rooflight makes optimal use of natural light by transmitting high levels of light. It comprises a white uPVC curb and a dome thermoformed from polycarbonate sheet with a clear finish, double glazing and a minimum thickness of 3mm. Compared to glass, this polycarbonate rooflight is virtually indestructible, with up to 250 times stronger impact resistance.
The unique and patented high-security screwbolts are provided factory fitted as standard and ensure that once fixed, this Em-Dome rooflight cannot be removed using common tools. These screwbolts deliver outstanding resistance to forced entry or tampering. The sleeved fixing within the body of the screwbolt deters pressure from exerting onto the rooflight glazing as it is fastened. This essentially removes the potential for over-tightening causing stress fractures.
