This 1900mm x 1900mm Em-Dome rooflight is double glazed with an opal tint. The dome is manufactured from thermoformed polycarbonate sheet while the curb is made from white uPVC. The polycarbonate material is virtually indestructible with up to 250 times greater impact strength than glass.
This quality rooflight has been designed to make optimal use of natural light while the opal finish with a translucent surface improves security while remaining to transmit high levels of light that consistently diffuses into area below.
Supplied factory fitted, the unique patented high security screwbolts with this Em-Dome rooflight provide a highly resilient fixing that is impervious to forced entry or tampering and cannot be detached using common tools once installed. Within the screwbolt's body, the sleeved fixing screws or bolts help to inhibit pressure from exerting onto the rooflight glazing as the fixing is tightened which almost eliminates the potential for stress fractures triggered by over-tightening.
