This Em Dome 900mm x 1500mm Double Glazed Opal Fixed Dome and extruded white PVCu Curb is a quality thermoformed rooflight, designed to make optimum use of natural daylight. The opal properties maintain high light transmission whilst softly diffusing the light and allowing extra security with the translucent finish.
With patented high-security screwbolts, this Em Dome is supplied factory fitted as standard to all units. They resist forced entry and, once installed, cannot be removed using common tools. The bolts are sleeved within the body of the screwbolt to prevent pressure from being placed on the rooflight glazing as the fixing is tightened, in turn reducing the risk of stress fractures.
Thermoformed from polycarbonate sheets, this Em Dome is double glazed and incredibly strong. Polycarbonate has an impact strength up to 250 times greater than glass, making it durable and long-lasting.
