5 Minute Lumberjack Polyurethane (PU) Wood Adhesive Liquid - 750grm

Please note these products foam slightly on application to fill small gaps. Any excess foam/adhesive must be removed with acetone before the product sets or with a sharp chisel once set.
The lumberjack 5 minute polyurethane wood adhesive liquid is red in colour and ideal for larger applications, or in the workshop where greater economy is required. Sets hard in 5 minutes.
As well as bonding all common types of wood such as hard, soft, exotic and painted the lumberjack PU wood adhesive will also bond to formica, polystyrene, PU, foam, metal, glass and various plastics including PVC to porous surfaces. These products will also adhere to stone, concrete, brick and masonry.
Application
Remove cap, cut spout and apply. Replace cap after use.
Wearing gloves is recommended. Apply adhesive evenly to one surface, if necessary, cover large areas with a fine toothed spreader. Assemble parts immediately and clamp for duration of cure (30 minutes at 20°C, or longer at lower temperatures). After this time, the joint may be easily handled. Full and final bond strength will be achieved after 30 minutes for the 5 minute set.
Storage
Store in original un-opened containers between 10 and 25°C. Re-seal immediately once used or disposal will be necessary.

12 months from date of manufacture in original un-opened containers. 6 months from date of manufacture for 5 minute liquid grade
