With an extremely compact and neat design to match standard 265mm x 165mm plain tiles, this roof vent from Harcon can be fitted easily by replacing only three tiles without the necessity to cut any surrounding tiles or roof battens. This makes it perfect for all refurbishment and new build applications.
Carefully designed to ensure a virtually invisible appearance from the ground, this rectangular outlet has been manufactured to fit between standard plain tile battens with an integrated factory-fitted felt sleeve that neatly fits between the battens. This Harcon roof vent features a box below the vent that collects any water that enters it and ducts it back onto the roof.
With a 110mm diameter spigot for roof ventilation, the pipe terminal can provide a 110mm connection for a separate NSA110 adaptor which allows for a straightforward installation without the need to cut tile battens. Suitable for roof pitches over 20°, this roof vent provides a ventilation area of 10,000mm². With great water resistance, it surpasses all relevant parts of DoE partners in the technology programme.
