Made here in the UK by a family run business, Lightweight Tiles have been producing and distributing their tiles for many years throughout Europe.
These eco friendly, durable lightweight tiles are suitable for a wide range of buildings and purposes, including new build and traditional housing, over-roofing of asbestos, felt or industrial sheeting, car ports, porches, sheds, conservatories, garages and summer houses. Not only are these tiles suitable to be used on a DIY basis, they can also be used over the top of an existing roof structure due to their Ultra Lightweight qualities. For example over a Polycarbonate Conservatory Roof or over the top of shed roofing felt.
The tiles slot together and are laid in a similar way to traditional tiles. There's five different components, the Pan Tile, Ridge tile, Ridge End Cap and the Dry Verge Tile (Left and Right Versions) that all work together in kit form to produce a well-made Lightweight Roof.
