Including a 14"/365mm turbine and an electric ventilator, this Vent Turbine Set from Lomanco is best situated as an alternative to central electric ventilators in multi-storey buildings such as tower blocks or apartments.

Sitting externally on the top of ventilation shafts, this wind turbine uses wind to remove any undesirable odours from units in a building, while the electric ventilator gives it an added boost if the tenants choose to open the vents or there are poor weather conditions. The individual vent outlets can be opened and closed if small axial ventilators are used with this Lomanco turbine, as recommended.

This complete Lomanco Ventilation Turbine Set with Electric Ventilator includes an installation electrical box, boxed electric ventilator with connecting necks, for easy installation and a 2-year warranty, and externally braced BEB14 turbine with a reinforced turbine head, the base and an adjustable neck with a lifetime warranty. With a volume flow rate of 3410m³/h, this Lomanco ventilation turbine system will help you save 90% of your operating costs in comparison to a central fully electric ventilator.

Due to its aluminium construction, this vent turbine will not rust and is maintenance-free. Additionally, it inhibits a reverse draught, so odours from other apartments will not be able to enter.

Please note:

  • Recommended placement of the ventilator is below the neck or extension part, not directly underneath the turbine.
  • The lifetime warranty applies to residential use only. In instances where a Lomanco turbine has been installed for commercial use, it is covered by a 15-year warranty.
