The Mardome Glass fixed rooflight is designed specifically for flat and low pitched roofs that are between 2 and 15 degrees.
This Mardome Glass rooflight is manually operated, meaning that it can be opened when desired. By opening the Mardome Glass rooflight, you can create a source of natural ventilation, which helps to create a more comfortable environment.
The Mardome Glass manual rooflight features a double glazed flat glass rooflight with a silver anodised frame. The rooflight is then available with one of three kerb options - a 150mm high kerb, a 216mm high kerb, or the builders upstand option, which does not include a kerb - this is a good option for where a non-standard sized kerb is required or where the installer chooses to create their own.
The mardome glass manual rooflight has a flush, flat design, which is incredibly popular when looking for minimal visual impact from the outside of the property, especially when paired with contemporary styling. The glass is non-fragile, meeting the CWCT TN92 specification for overhead glass, and also provides PVA resistance to burglary and vandalism.
As well as providing maximum daylight, the Mardome manual glass rooflight is also thermally efficient - the centre pane has a U value of 1.1W/m2K, helping to minimise heat loss. Additionally, the multi-wall kerb is insulated with thermally efficient walls, further contributing to minimal heat loss, and the glazing frame is fully broken, meaning condensation is also low risk.
