This triple skin access hatch has been designed by Mardome as part of the Mardome trade range. The Mardome trade triple skin access hatch has been designed to be installed on a flat roof, to not only provide natural light, but also to open up to between 70° and 83°. This allows access to the roof for maintenance or in case of an emergency.
The Mardome Trade triple skin access hatch consists of a kerb, a roof dome and an insulated PVC upstand. The Mardome Trade double skin rooflight is available in a wide range of sizes, and is designed with a sleek, contemporary design that will suit most buildings. Additionally, the rooflight is finished with a crisp white colour. The multi-wall kerb provides a level of insulation, and when combined with the triple skin glazing, helps to minimise heat loss through the roof window.
This Mardome Trade triple skin access hatch is supplied in a opal tint.
The opal tint on the triple skin access hatch rooflight is more of a translucent shade, helping to create diffused light transmission instead of direct light transmission. This prevents glare from occurring, and also adds privacy by preventing objects and views from being visible.
