The new and improved Ashdown clay plain tile from Marley has been traditionally handcrafted for a unique heritage finish that ensures every project, whether it is a refurbishment or a new build, takes on a beauty and character all on its own.
The granular texture and slight random irregularities of the Ashdown tile make each tile unique and contributes to a truly singular and distinctive project. These tiles have a single camber, meaning they are curved in one direction (longitudinal), this adds warmth and character to a roof and proves an attractive finish.
Clay plain roofing tiles have been used for centuries, with the classic red clay roof being an iconic asset of many modern and traditional homes. Combining clay tile roofing materials with unique finishes can offer a more individual look to the property. You can choose either machine or handmade clay tiles; both types can function successfully for years to come.
