Mortar-free for a quick and easy installation that lacks specialist tools, this 5m Klober Roll Fix Kit delivers continuous 5mm high-level ventilation. Available in Anthracite to match the tiles and slates on your roof, it includes all the relevant components, featuring a seal for 1/2 round and universal concrete angle ridge tiles and a self-adhesive butyl strip to result in a permanently secure bond.
Resistant to both water and wind with vapour permeability, this product offers incredible durability and withstands mould and fungal attacks for a service life comparable to roof structure and finishes. The ridge roll is made from a polypropylene membrane with a mesh fabric, and the bottom portion of each side flap includes a UV-stable coloured aluminium coating. Without negatively impacting neighbouring materials and components, it is lightweight for safe, easy handling.
Suitable for roof pitches from 15° to 45°, this kit supplies its components in one box, each with a 10-year guarantee. Ideal for new builds and refurbishments, it is compatible with clay ridge tiles, where lugs do not impede, and for hips - though it's important to note that trays and clips are not included.
