Resembling lead in appearance, it combines enhanced durability against accidental harm and boasts the 30-year lifespan of traditional lead with reduced susceptibility to theft.

Corodrain Valley troughs and gutters exhibit compatibility with a diverse array of roofing materials, including slate, clay, and concrete tiles. They present a cost-efficient and durable alternative to lead, fully conforming to the specifications for 'standard' double lap valley troughs, detailed in NFRC Technical Bulletin 28.

Suitable for use on roofs with pitches between 17.5° and 55°, this valley trough can accommodate a maximum difference between two rafter pitches of 15°. Designed for use with plain tiles, manufactured slate and natural slate, it is made from GRP material with a grey/blue finish, which is a high-quality unfilled polyester resin with glass fibre reinforcement. It outperforms lead in cost-efficiency, displaying resistance to UV light and acid rain, and has a smooth surface that deters moss, lichen, and debris build-up.
