The integral lower flashing (Ubiflex for Purilan UNV and sheet aluminium for Purilan L models) removes the need for a separate, difficult-to-seal site joint between frame and flashing for most situations, thus providing for easier installations.
The casement stay is designed to hold the skylight casement in three positions – it may also be released from the frame for even wider opening.
