This terminal serves as an ideal solution for terminating 110mm diameter mechanical extract systems and soil and vent systems, particularly in scenarios where an external pressure test is not required. Engineered with both functionality and aesthetics in mind, the UB37 terminal perfectly complements the UB8 roof ventilating tile, providing a seamless and cohesive look to your roofing system.

Designed for ease of installation with no batten cutting necessary, the UB37 boasts a free vent area of 6,250mm² and a pressure/airflow resistance reading of 43.5 Pascals (reading taken at 100m³/h). Its compatibility with most concrete and clay plain tiles makes it a versatile choice for a range of roofing projects. Crafted from durable materials, the unit is constructed from uPVC, while the adaptor is made from Styrosun 3600 UV Resistant High Impact Polystyrene.

Hi, so your description say the UB37 matches the UB8, is the UB37 a vent on its own where I would just connect the extraction hose to the underside or do I need the UB8 vent tile as well for the UB37 to function?

Answer:

Apologies the description is not very clear, the UB37 is provided with an adaptor so you do not need to buy one in addition to it.
