VELUX flashing for the VELUX STUDIO 3-in-1 roof window to be used with tile profiles up to 120mm thick.
Window flashings sit underneath the roofing materials. Flashings have a built-in guttering system; this allows any water flowing from the roof to be collected. The guttering system overlaps a section of the flashing which allows the collected water to flow down the side of the window. The flashing apron allows the water to safely drain away by moulding to the roof material profile.
Even in harsh weather conditions, this flashing ensures that your window is weather tight. It has been engineered to integrate your tile roof with your VELUX roof window.
