This Profile 3 corrugated PVC roof sheet from Ariel Plastics' range of Vistalux products is lightweight and durable, as well as easy to handle, work with and install. Cutting and drilling this PVC material is a straightforward process with no more than the most basic of tools needed.

With fine optical clarity, this Vistalux roof sheet creates a visually appealing aesthetic with a bright and attractive setting below, enhancing the look of your home while enabling three times more natural light into a space than a similar area of vertical glazing.

Suitable for a wide variety of material applications, this useful PVC sheet is ideal for a range of cladding and roofing installations such as porches, canopies, cloches and cold-frames, side cladding, garden sheds, lean-to extensions, covered walkways, plant houses, roof lights and carports.

With various lengths to choose from to fit your structural needs, the number of fixings required for your roof sheet can easily be calculated by dividing the roof length by the support centres and adding 1, then dividing the roof width by the fixing centres and final multiplying these two values together.

Please note:

  • Vistalux MUST be fixed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for the warranty to remain valid - re-erections or consequential damage costs are not included.
  • A replacement is provided free of charge if the product has failed due to a manufacturing defect, in normal climatic conditions within a 10-year period from the date of purchase.
  • Storing inside in cool surroundings on a flat and dry surface is preferred. When outside storage is unavoidable, keep flat on wooden bearers, spaced at about 1 metre (3' 3") centres and cover fully with an opaque light coloured tarpaulin.
  • Stacked sheets left uncovered in direct sunlight will distort due to solar heat gain in the stack.
  • Orders over 50 sheets will need a forklift on site and if this is not available then we can arrange a split delivery however this will extend the lead time. If needed we can help arrange delivery with a special courier with an offload however this will be an extra charge.

Answer:

For the Vistalux Profile 3 - PVC Corrugated Lightweight Roof Sheets, we recommend using the Vistalux Fixings Pack for 3 inch Asbestos Profiles. These fixings are specifically designed for the Profile 3 roofing sheets and will ensure a secure and proper installation. For more details on how to install, please refer to our Installation Guide.
