Offering superior permeability to water vapour, it is an ideal choice for direct application to insulation with an Sd-value of 0.01m. It also enhances the airtightness of your construction.

Is the house wrap suitable to use on a tiled pitched roof or is it for walls only ?

This is only for use in wall structures rather than on the roof.

Question:

What tape would I need to order for sealing joins on this ... Standard Aluminium Tape?

Answer:

For joins where you are fixing through onto a frame you would need to use Butyl Tape as that will seal around the fixings, for any standard laps you can use Acrylic Tape.
