Designed to provide a professional, clean finish to the edge of your flat roof and secure the membrane on the fascia edge, this Sure Edge 2.5m Kerb Trim is incredibly easy to install and comes with all the fixings required to get the job done. You can use it on all EPDM roof systems and cut it to a specific size, depending on your project's requirements.
This design is particularly beneficial when a gutter drip is not present. Typically, a gutter drip would allow water to drain into a gutter; however, in this case, as a gutter drip is not present, this Sure Edge Kerb Trim creates an upstand seal on the roof edge and removes the need for a timber upstand.
Ensure the membrane has a 75mm overhang on all sides when installing. Then, hold the trim in position and apply downward pressure for a watertight seal. You can then secure the trim with the 50mm Poly top pins provided through the pre-drilled fixing holes.
