For roof pitches varying from 5° to 20°, this em.glass flat glass rooflight is simplistic and satisfying internally and externally. It is fantastically easy to wipe down with mild detergents and is supplied with a factory pre-glazing for straightforward installations.
The frame of this rooflight is crafted from welded aluminium and cill detail that has been completely thermally broken. Not only efficient in air tightness, water tightness and insulation, but this rooflight is coated in polyester powder paint in the shade Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) to achieve a modern and sleek finish.
This rooflight features a silicone bonded 16mm argon-filled warm edge spacer, an 8.8mm laminated inner pane and Polyvinyl Butyral (PVB) interlayer (which is 11.5mm for vaster units), as well as a 6mm toughened outer pane to enhance durability and strength. Together, these attributes form a commendably double glazed, glass-to-edge profile.
