Description

This Klober Permo® Extreme RS SK2 Taped Underlay offers the ultimate solution for heightened rain protection on pitched roofs. This glue-able, non-permeable, two-layered underlay is equipped with monolithic TPU coating on robust PES fleece, ensuring exceptional tear resistance.

Ideal for interlocking tiles on roof pitches over 12.5°, slate above 15° and plain tiles on a minimum of 22.5°, this underlay is heat stable up to 100°C, making it suitable for Solar Panels (in-roof system) installations. Designed to meet the requirements of a roof support system, it is ÖNORM B 3661/B 4119 compliant for enhanced rain-tightness (except roof pitches above 15° and snow loads less than 4kN/m²) and SIA 232/1:2011 approved for extreme loads.

  • Non-permeable underlay for rain tightness on pitched roofs
  • Applicable on minimum roof pitches of 12.5° for interlocking tiles, 15° for slate and 22.5° for plain tiles
  • Suitable for Solar Panels (In-roof system) due to high-temperature stability
  • Two-layered underlay, TPU-coated tear-resistant PES fleece
  • Sd-value of 0.08m and surface weight of 240g/m²
  • Double self-adhesive strips ensure wind and waterproof overlaps (shear resistance >300N)
  • Stable at peaks up to 100°C and highly UV-resistant
  • Minimises condensation and enhances mechanical load capacity for sheathing
  • Tested for high water tightness against heavy rain
  • Sealing edge for overlap and water drainage

With double self-adhesive strips, this underlay ensures a robust seal against wind and water, even resisting shear forces greater than 300N. Minimising condensation, the capillary stop fleece prevents moisture buildup, while the durable PES fleece boosts mechanical strength, suitable for sheathing. The sealing edge promotes overlap and efficient water drainage, bolstering water tightness, proven against heavy rain.

For optimal performance, pair this underlay with Klober accessories which are specifically coordinated with the underlay and backed by the warranty.

  • For improved rain tightness: Meets ÖNORM (Austrian standard) B 3661/B 4119 (except greater than 15° pitch, below 4kN/m² snow load)
