This is an in-line soil or mechanical extraction vent that has been designed and manufactured by Decra. Decra have been manufacturing roof tiles and accessories for over 40 years, with a firm focus on products that are lightweight, durable, easy to install and low maintenance.
This in-line soil or mechanical extraction vent has been designed to replicate an Oberon roof tile, which is a ceramic glazed lightweight roof tile designed with a similar appearance to traditional wooden roof shingles. The soil or mechanical extraction vent is available in Eclipse, one of the colours that the Oberon roof tile range is available in, so that the vent blends in completely with the roof tiles around it.
The in-line vent can be used as a soil extraction vent, meaning that it provides an outlet for a soil pipe to release unpleasant odours that are removed from internal rooms. Alternatively, the in-line Oberon vent can be used as a mechanical extraction vent, which works with a system to draw out humid and moist air from widely used rooms including kitchens and bathrooms. This in-line soil or extraction vent provides 10,000m2 airflow.
