Ubbink's UB41 is a universal service terminal for use in all tile and slate pitched roofs without the need to identify the make or design of the tiles or slates. The unit comprises of a streamlined hood on a circular upstand with a 500 x 500mm Ubiflex non lead skirt and a stepped adaptor which allows connections from 100mm to 160mm diameter ducting.

The unit may also be used to terminate soil and vent pipes where an external pressure test is not required. A lowline pitched roof service terminal for use with tiles and slates. The Ubiflex skirt enables the unit to be dressed into most tile profiles and slates. 

Function
Roof level ventilation for 100mm, 110mm, 125mm, 150mm and 160mm diameter ducting for use in pitched roofs. This unit may also be used to terminate a soil and vent pipe where an external pressure test is not required. The Ubiflex skirt allows fitting to most tiles and slates.

Installation
The unit is easy to install – the adaptor is cut off at the required diameter and attached to the undertile spigot with solvent weld/PVC glue. The Ubiflex flashing allows fitting into most tiles/slates.
