Description

For creating a weatherproof, durable and watertight seal, this slate flashing is installed beneath the roofing materials for a discrete aesthetic. You can fit brackets at the top and the bottom of your window frame at the red line level for a standard installation height. This flashing works particularly well for installing a window into up to 8mm thick slate as well as membranes and roofing felt on roof pitches that vary between 15° and 90°.

This flashing is not designed for use with interlocking slate. If this is required, please refer to EDW flashing for details.

The existing flashing has been damaged, the top box (item 7 in the installation guide) has been pierced from a sliding slate. Is it possible to buy and install this item separately or does the whole kit need to be replaced. Thanks

Because of the fact that its an older generation window (S06) I would advise replacing the whole flashing
