This Mardome Ultra 600 x 1500mm electric rooflight is double glazed, and is part of the Mardome Ultra collection. The Mardome Ultra range of rooflights are architecturally inspired, designed with both aesthetics and functionality in mind.
The Mardome Ultra double skin rooflight not only provides a great natural source of daylight to brighten up the room, but also provides a source of natural ventilation when required. This helps to create a healthy and comfortable living and working environment, and also saves on utility bills.
The Mardome Ultra double skin rooflight is electrically operated, and is simply plugged into the mains power. The rooflight is supplied with a remote control, meaning the rooflight can be opened and closed even in hard to reach places, and a rain sensor is also present, meaning the window will automatically close when it begins to rain, providing peace of mind.
This Mardome Ultra double skin rooflight is provided with a silver aluminium frame and a multi-wall PVC kerb that is insulated for thermal efficiency. The low rise dome is manufactured from Marlon FSX polycarbonate glazing, which is impact resistant and stronger than glass.
This Mardome Ultra double skin electric rooflight is supplied in a opal tint.
The opal tint on the electric double skin rooflight is more of a translucent shade, helping to create diffused light transmission instead of direct light transmission. This prevents glare from occurring, and also adds privacy by preventing objects and views from being visible.
