Nu-Life from Acrypol brings faded, discoloured and tired looking concrete tiles back to their former glory. Turning back time and recreating the tiles' original colour, Nu-life removes lichen, moss and fungi whilst protecting against porosity and frost damage.
An incredible solution, Nu-Life makes roofs look and perform more effectively. Requiring only high pressure cleaning, an anti-fungal solution is applied followed by two coats of Nu-Life for long-lasting protection and a natural, attractive finish.

Surface preparation
The roof area must be thoroughly cleaned prior to application of the coating in order to remove accumulated dirt, debris, bird faeces, moss, lichen, fungus and other accumulated detritus materials. The area to be coated must be detergent pressure washed and scrubbed with stiff bristle brushes in order to remove all substrate contaminates. Care must be taken not to damage the roof structure whilst pressure washing.
After pressure washing the area should be allowed to dry prior to application of the fungicidal pretreatment. Replace any damaged tiles prior to coating.
Acrypol fungicidal wash
The solution may be applied by brush or spray. Brush application is preferable in order to allow thorough substrate penetration. The fungicidal wash solution should be applied at 6-8m2 per litre.
After application the roof should be allowed to dry completely and inspected to ensure uniform substrate coverage and to ensure there is no residual water trapped in the joints between tiles.
