Combining single coat application with 21st century technology.
New technology allows this product to be applied without the need of reinforcing mesh. Highly flexible and lasts for years. Encapsulating the whole roof, it has been chemically structured to allow trapped moisture to evaporate, thus avoiding the formation of blisters. Designed to resist ponding water, which makes the Acrypol Ultra ideal for gutters & flat roofs.
Roof coverings
Can be applied to almost any type of surface including flat roofs, asphalt, felt, bitumen surfaces, lead, asbestos, steel gutters, concrete and fibreglass.

For 20 year lifespan, a second coat will be required at the same coverage rate after overnight drying, depending on conditions.
1. Use a stiff brush to remove all dirt, dust and any other debris.
2. Pressure wash the whole area to remove any possible contamination.
3. On all surfaces apply acrypol sealer at a coverage of 6-8m2 per litre/kg - metal surfaces require primer - please contact us for more details.
4. Gun in all purpose filler to splits and fissures and smooth flat.
5. For a 10 year system apply a coat of Acrypol Ultra by roller at a coverage of 1m2 per kg (depending on the surface.)
6. For a 20 year system apply a second coat of Acrypol Ultra by roller at a coverage of 1m2 per kg (depending on the surface.)
