Crafted from durable aluminium for strength and reliability, these ALUKAP®-XR Aluminium Bars with 55mm Slot Fit Rafter Gaskets and End Caps are available in numerous lengths and widths to suit your applications. They are also powder coated in various RAL-coloured finishes, allowing for customisation.
Suitable for any thickness of glass or polycarbonate, these bars can be used for a perfect inline joint connection without needing additional elements, permitting a higher yield on optimisation of bar lengths for less waste and cutting costs. They are equipped with the relevant features, such as the top two gaskets, an end cap, and all the required screws.
Bars with a 45mm width are ideal for 45mm timber rafters, providing substantial sight lines and pleasing aesthetics. With a secret-fix security aluminium end cap system, the top section is defended against slippage. The 60mm width, on the other hand, is ideal for wider cover and can be used alongside the 45mm width if required.
ALUKAP®-XR works to erase uncertainties from roof glazing with a fully aluminium system. It incorporates a tested gasket system for excellent sealing capabilities, as well as concealed fixings that are discreet and work to enhance aesthetics while shortening installation times.
