Corolite Diamond Embossed Corrugated Polycarbonate sheets are not only distinctive with their hexagonal embossed pattern, they are also aesthetically pleasing, and exceptionally strong even in challenging conditions.
The diamond sheets have been manufactured to provide a more rigid sheet whilst having superior spanning and load bearing capabilities, compared to other Polycarbonate sheets on the market.
With a glass light transmission, you don’t have to worry about blocking out the light. As well as being beautiful in design, the sheets can withstand extreme temperatures along with the long-term effects of weathering. They also provide UV protection.
When installing always ensure adequate allowance has been given for thermal movement, this is nominally 3.5mm per metre. Holes should be drilled for fixings and they must be oversized. Sheet lengths must be limited to ensure there is no excessive movement at the end laps or fixings. Do not overtighten fixings and remove protective film on installation.
Handling & safety
Do not step directly onto the rooflight. Use stepping boards and work according to local safety regulations.
Maintenance
This product should be cleaned periodically using suitable detergent cleaning agents. Do not use solvent cleaners, do not scrub with brushes or sharp implements. Avoid cleaning in hot sun or high temperatures.
