Compatible with external roofs, Cromar's Renocoat Water-Based Roof Tile Renovation paint help you renovate your tiles to get your roof looking brand new. This Dark Brown 100% acrylic coating is excellently durable and has light-fast qualities, as well as great adhesion properties on porous surfaces.
For long-lasting protection, this coating is ideal. It provides a decorative finish for concrete and slate roof tiles. The first coat has a guideline coverage of 3 - 5m² per litre and the second coat one of 7 - 10m² per litre, but coverage rates vary with roof profile and substrate porosity.
You can apply two coats of this Renocoat with a brush or an airless sprayer. Allow the first coat to dry overnight before the second. Ensure surfaces are power washed or brush-washed beforehand. Restore broken and missing tiles and re-cement ridge/top tiles. Cromar Moss and Mould Remover solution is appropriate for any fungal/algae growth.
For use only in dry conditions. Do not apply if rain or frost is expected within six hours, when the relative humidity level transcends 90%, or when the substrate temperature is beneath 5° or over 35°C (this avoids any drying).
