Thanks to a revolutionary, non-absorbent, non-porous sponge gasket which seals by compression, even in wet conditions, this DEKTITE Ezi-Seal hugs the roofline to provide a watertight seal without the need for the application of any silicone sealant. You can simply screw it down and forget. It can be used with standard pipes where heat is not an issue and temperatures are up to 115°C constantly and 150°C intermittently.
