For installation on bitumen and EPDM membranes, Overflow Fs are very easy to fit. Insert the overflow through the wall and anchor it into place with round or oval screws. Next use a low expansion foam to fill the spaces around the overflow externally and fix the cover plate into position with screws. Once the elbow is then placed in the desired direction you can connect the elbow with PU sealant. Thanks to the flange on Overflow Fs, this product can be mechanically attached to any waterproofing.
DS System's 70mm and 100mm Overflow F is manufactured from high quality stainless steel to prevent a build-up of water that will cause a roof to flood. This is typically down to debris clogging a roof drain but it’s prudent to prepare for these cases as a flooded flat roof can cause untold damage to pipes and services as well as promoting leaks and structural damage.
