The ETR8 Top-Hung PVC Roof Window by Easy-trim Roto has been designed with a slimmer profile compared to other roof windows on the market. The unique design allows for your room to be filled with more natural light, truly opening up any space. With the thermal insulation collar already fitted, installation time is shortened. Not only does the collar save you time it also increases the UW value.
With the Comfort Double Glazing thermal safety glass, you have the added benefit of a laminated safety glass interior 6mm pane, this has a precious metal coating for increased thermal insulation. This window will bring added thermal, heat and security to your home.
The window sash can be opened effortlessly to a full 45° angle, maximising headroom which means you can have a panoramic view within seconds. With the window opening outwards, it means that no inside living space is compromised.
With the control bar being position at the bottom of the window, everything you would need to do is all within an arm’s reach. This could be simply opening the window, ventilating the room or cleaning the glass.
The Easy-trim Roto’s frames are all fully insulated, this helps to reduce any thermal bridges that may occur. A vapour barrier comes as a standard for all windows, it allows the window to breath with its high air permeability – high level of air flow.
Installation has become quicker and more simplistic with the clip assembly, push-fit system and the audible ‘click feedback’ designs. Mistakes can be minimised and there is no need for screws.
