Find out moreThis square Em-Dome rooflight features a thermoformed polycarbonate dome with triple glazing, an opal tint and a minimum of 3mm thick glazing and a white uPVC curb. This polycarbonate dome is essentially indestructible with an impact strength of up to 250 times greater than glass.
Once fitted, this Em-Dome rooflight cannot be uninstalled with the use of common tools thanks to the patented high security screwbolts that are supplied factory fitted as standard and unique to Em-Dome. These screwbolts provide excellent resilience against forced entry or tampering while the fixing bolt or screw, within the screwbolt's body, is sleeved to prevent a build-up of pressure on the rooflight glazing as the fixing is fastened. This essentially eradicates the risk of stress fractures initiated by over-tightening.
The opal finish of this Em-Dome rooflight increases security due to its translucent surface while steadily dispersing high levels of light transmission into the area below.
