Find out moreThis 1300mm x 1300mm square Em-Dome rooflight consists of patented high security screwbolts, a white uPVC curb and a triple glazed thermoformed polycarbonate dome with an opal surface and a minimum of 3mm thick glazing. This polycarbonate dome is nearly unbreakable with up to 250 times great impact strength than glass.
The opal tint of this Em-Dome rooflight increases security due to the translucent finish while making the most of using natural light by consistently spreading high levels of light transmission into the room below.
The unique high security screwbolts are provided factory fitted as standard with this Em-Dome rooflight so that once fixed, it cannot be uninstalled with the use of common tools, ensuring brilliant resistance to tampering or forced entry. Avoiding pressure from being exerted on this Em-Dome rooflight's glazing as the fixings are attached, the fixing screws or bolts within the screwbolt's body are sleeved to virtually eliminate the risk of stress fractures triggered by over-tightening.
