This square Em-Dome rooflight, with 1900mm x 1900mm dimensions, includes a thermoformed from polycarbonate, triple glazed dome with an opal finish and a minimum of 3mm thick glazing and a white uPVC curb.
Fabricated to make the most of using natural light while consistently dispersing high levels of light transmission into the area below, this Em-Dome rooflight improves security due to the translucent surface while the polycarbonate material is essentially indestructible with an impact resistance up to 250 times stronger than glass.
Featuring patented and exclusive high security screwbolts that are provided factory fitted as standard, this Em-Dome rooflight cannot be removed by means of common tools, once fixed. Offering a high level of resilience to tampering or forced entry, these screwbolt fixings have sleeved screws or bolts within their body to eliminate pressure from being exerted on the rooflight glazing as the fixings are fastened. This effectively avoids the potential for stress fractures triggered by over-tightening.
