This high quality rectangular Em-Dome rooflight, with dimensions of 800mm x 1400mm, has been made to take full advantage of using natural light with a dome thermoformed from double glazed polycarbonate sheet with a clear finish and a minimum of 3mm thick glazing and a curb made from white uPVC.
With an impact resistance up to 250 times tougher than glass, this polycarbonate rooflight is nearly unbreakable. Including exclusive and patented high security screwbolts that are factory fitted as standard, this Em-Dome rooflight is provided exceptional resistance to forced entry or tampering so that once the rooflight is fitted, it cannot be detached by means of basic tools. Within the body of the screwbolt, screws or bolts are sleeved to stop an exertion of pressure onto the rooflight glazing as the fixings are tightened. This ensures that the potential for stress fractures impacted by over-tightening is essentially eradicated.
