Fakro ZWS12 Z-Wave Electrical Conversion Kit

The ZWS12 chain motors thanks to their small dimensions and suitable force output are ideal for roof window operating, being fully compatible with the Z-Wave system. The motor can be applied in both the centre pivot and top hung and pivot roof windows as well as windows of non-standard dimensions. The maximum chain reach is 24cm.

Does this unit fit a fakro center pivot roof window dimensions aprox 1 meter x 1 meter ? and also does the motor need anything else e.g. a voltage converter. Many thanks Mark.
