Filon GRP 3950mm Rooflight’s are designed to allow natural light into industrial environments, they are designed to create a light but also comfortable environment, to be durable and long lasting.
Designed for industrial units and spaces, each Filon Rooflight is manufactured using glass reinforced polyester resin designed to have excellent impact resistance.
The highly durable UV resistant polyester film not only reduces yellowing and increases the lifespan of the rooflight, but also scatters the light passing through to provide natural light over a much wider area without creating hotspots or glare. This makes Filon GRP Rooflights perfect for industrial buildings where it can create a bright comfortable environment.
This UV protective layer coupled with the durability of the glass reinforced polyester resin means that, under normal conditions, Filon are confident to declare that the GRP industrial rooflight has a sheet life in excess of 30 years.
All Filon rooflights are tested to most current UK and EU building and fire regulations. GRP Rooflights are AB class 3 fire rated.
